I popped in whilst we were holidaying in Bordeaux for something a little different to what I normally use, because I find my recent purchase of eye shadow shades of a different brand a little flat. I found some lovely shades with a hint of sparkle. The lady assistant was very helpful (I speak little French and she spoke little English but we communicated quite well lol) I bought two shades of the glitter compacts and two eyeshadow sticks. I got to the till to pay and was informed they were 3 for 2 so she helped me choose more. Nice tidy and well kept/run store. Very plessed all round!

They tell me buy 2 get 1 free but when I pay it is didn’t like they say and some stuff has bad service is so disappointed

There is a cashier girl very very rude who gives you weird looks when you ask a simple question! NO I don't recommend this store in particular!

Couldn't believe how rude the staff were. Asked for a specific bronzer as I use it regularly and really like it. A male staff member tried to sell me another one which I didn't want so I asked again for the specific one I wanted. He rolled his eyes at me and walked off! So I stood there in the empty shop with all of the staff looking at me, until I asked a female staff member who said she would get me the bronzer and walked off. I turned around 5 minutes later to see her cleaning a counter. I went back up to her and asked again for the bronzer and she shook her head at me and walked off. Clearly they didn't want to sell any products so I walked out empty handed. Really disappointed as KIKO isn't in Ireland yet so will have to order online.

12/05/2019 I’m so sorry if bringing an electric scooter 🛴 into the store is not allowed! You guys should put a sign. And seemed like the lady who worked in the afternoon-evening shift today doesn’t like Asian. Very angry and no smile, she was annoyed with my electricity scooter while I put it very arranged to choose the nail colors. And there was a lady whose back was cover all of the nail color so I couldn’t see anything. There were several people waited behind that lady!!!! Thanks to the white-hair guy I still wanted to pay for what I was about to throw on her face! And STOP THINKING ALL OF THE ASIAN PEOPLE ARE CHINESE!!!!
